Loaded question! Generally the average website project is composed of 20-30 tasks. If your project is more complex, it will require more tasks, and time. For example, a design concept might take 2-3 business days, a site plan will take another 2-3 business days, a template build 2-3 etc. We generally aim to complete a website project in 3-4 months on average. If you commit to more tasks in your plan this timeline can be shortened.
A task is a singular action taken to assist with design, building or growing your website. We might add multiple tasks under a single task if they're quick and simple, but adding a page would be considered a task, adding a section to a page would be considered a sub-task.
This depends on the types of tasks you request and how detailed and fast you communicate with us. Most businesses complete 10-15 tasks a month with us.
No hidden fees. You will need to pay for software licences for themes, plugins, apps & subscriptions related to running your website seperately.
Simply contact our help desk and we will be happy to cancel your subscription anytime. Subscriptions are not refundable. Any accepted tasks remaining for the particular month will be completed.
After you select your plan and setup your account with us we will send an onboarding form for you to complete. The form will go into detail about your website, domain and details needed so our team can migrate and get access to your website(s). Generally the onboarding process takes about 5 business days. We will provide you exclusive access to your client portal where you can manage your account, tasks and submit new tasks for our Webmasters.
You will receive an automated email encouraging you to submit more tasks or schedule a web coaching call with one of our webmasters to learn and discover more opportunities to grow your website.
